Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. is India's 3rd largest Mortgage Loan originator. Between FY'20 & FY'22, Indiabulls Housing Finance has shrunk it's own Loan Book by almost half. And it has now tied up with multiple partners during FY22 to implement the Co-Lending model, to build it's AUM book.
Under this new business model, Indiabulls Housing Finance will use it's Sales & Under-writing expertise to push sales of new Home Loans & Loan-against-Property products, in partnership with these Co-Lenders, where 80% Capital will come from the Partner. Indiabulls will manage the Loan accounts throughout the Life & earn a fee for doing so.
